This is our traditional dealer financing method. Under this program, we purchase individual loans from dealers at time of origination. We start with standard buying program terms, which ensure that your loans perform. As you build a good loan performance history with Challenge, we are then able to tailor a program that fits your specific market. This means more flexible financing options that meet the needs of your customers. You get more approvals and sell more cars. We have found our best success comes when we develop a close relationship with our dealers. Indirect Loan Financing |

Challenge also purchases In-House Receivables! If you hold loans in-house, Challenge will purchase some or all of your loan portfolio. This can generate cash for your operations, while reducing or removing your need to maintain an in-house collection staff. Allowing you to do what you do best—Sell Cars! Some of our customers are “Buy Here / Pay Here” dealers that hold loans in-house as a regular part of their business, but use our service as a way to control cash flow. Other dealers are forced to hold loans that do not qualify at time of origination. With adequate seasoning, these loans can be sold to Challenge. |
