Branch Manager—Phoenix, Arizona

The Branch Manager position requires experience in all facets of Indirect Auto Finance, including Dealer Relations, Loan Underwriting, Collection Management, and Loss Recovery.  The branch manager is the primary Dealer representative, Loan Approval Authority, and Collection manager of their branch  They must also be an effective supervisor and leader, capable of managing a team of 5 or more individuals working in each of these disciplines. 

Challenge Branch Managers are given wide control and responsibility over branch operations.  A significant portion of compensation will be tied to branch performance allowing the applicant to grow with the Branch. Experience in Phoenix market strongly preferred.
