Ways to Make a Payment 1. Check or Money Order by Mail: Payments should be mailed to: 1004 W. Taft Avenue, Suite 100, Orange, CA 92869. Please include you account number on your check or money order. DO NOT SEND CASH 2. Pay at your local office Payments can be made at any of our local offices. Click here for the office nearest you. We accept cash, check, money order, or credit card at all our locations. Payments dropped off after business hours will be posted the following day. 3. Automatic monthly Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from your bank account Save stamps and time by setting up an automatic monthly ACH transfer. You must have a valid bank account. This service is free! Accounts with insufficient funds at time of transfer are subject to $20 NSF Fee. Complete the Automatic Withdrawal Form and mail or fax to our office. 4. Check by Phone ($5.00 Service Fee) Call 1-800-541-1417. We will need your Bank Routing and Transmittal Number (RTN) and your checking account number. These numbers are shown on your checks so have your check book ready to speed your payment. 5. Credit Card by Phone: (Service Fee Dependent on Card Used) Call 1-800-541-1417. We accept the following credit /debit cards:
Visa / Mastercard: $12 Service Fee American Express / Discover: $20 6. Send Cash by Moneygram Express Payment ($8.95 Service Fee) Take cash to any Moneygram Agent location. Fill out an Express Payment form with the following information: Receive code: 6321 Pay to: Challenge Financial Services Account #: (Your Challenge Account Number) Find a Moneygram near you 7. Send Cash by Western Union Quick Collect: ($12.95 Service Fee) Take cash to any Western Union location.
